Freyja Spence – Founder

R.Kin, CSEP-CEP, Movement Coach

Freyja is a Registered Kinesiologist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist with over 19 years of experience in pain management, injury prevention, fitness testing, pre & post-operative care, HSD/hEDS management, and athletic development through strength training. She began her career while attending the University of Guelph for an Honours BSc degree in Human Kinetics and has not stopped learning and growing since, going on to complete a Masters in Professional Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. Fréyja is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and a Clinical Exercise Physiologists with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.

Fréyja works with a wide variety of clients from those seeking health and pain-free movement to rehab and injury prevention for high performance athletes. She founded Move Daily Health with the ongoing goal to teach and inspire clients to thrive in all aspects of health. Additionally, she has been involved in education for coaches, was Head of Standards and Canada’s first Animal Flow Master Instructor for ten years, and has presented at various national and international fitness conferences.

Dain Wallis – Co-Founder

R. Kin, Nutrition Coach & Movement Coach

Dain is a Health Coach and Registered Kinesiologist with over 12 years of experience in strength development, functional training, and nutrition habit coaching. His interest in health led him to study at Queen’s University for degrees in Physical & Health Education and Health Studies. Upon completion of his degrees, he pursued certifications with CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) and Precision Nutrition, marking the beginning of his coaching journey. Dain is also a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Dain’s initial coaching focus centred around helping people foster healthier habits and relationships with food as well as coaching strongman athletes to perform well and stay injury free. His practice has since evolved to prioritize injury prevention and rehabilitation, guiding clients to reclaim capacity for daily life and their version of performance. Dain’s approach emphasizes that improved health and physical activity are the true performance markers.

Natasha Whelan

C-IAYT, Movement Coach

Natasha Whelan is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with over twenty years of teaching experience. Her work centres on helping people slow down, move with more awareness, and develop self-care practices that are practical and sustainable.

She works with people experiencing pain, injury, fatigue, stress, and long-term health conditions. Her approach combines therapeutic and mindful movement, simple strength work, foundational breathing practices, guided relaxation, and Yoga Nidra meditation. Rather than focusing on performance or ideal shapes, Natasha supports people in learning how their own bodies respond to movement, rest, and load.

Elyse Gorrell

Strength Coach, Mental Performance Consultant

Elyse Gorrell is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and Strength Coach (Canfitpro) with over a decade of experience working in mental performance and athlete development. She began her coaching career in mental performance and later expanded her work to include strength and conditioning after recognizing how closely mental barriers are connected to physical preparation and movement.

Drawing from her background as a former high-performance athlete, Elyse works with clients through a holistic lens where well-being and performance develop together. Her practice integrates mental performance skills with movement quality, strength training principles, and recovery strategies to help people navigate fatigue, injury, and burnout while building strong sustainable performances.

Elyse holds a PhD from Brock University specializing in Social and Cultural Health. Her research explores how technology and social media influence mental and physical wellbeing, particularly within performance environments.
